Rescheduling:

 

1. If a conflict arises, a student must reschedule at least 48 hours before scheduled lesson

2. Student is responsible to reschedule lesson through the website

3. Lessons not rescheduled before the 48 hour cut-off will not be made up or refunded

4. Lessons must be rescheduled within 4 weeks of original lesson or it becomes forfeit.

 

Illness:

 

If you become contagiously ill after the 48 hour reschedule window has closed, you can switch to an online lesson. If you are too ill to have an online lesson, contact Emily before the lesson via text 801-921-0475 to discuss options.

 

DO NOT come to an in person lesson if you have the following symptoms: fever, aches, chills, nausea, chronic cough or sneezing, congestion, runny nose, ear ache, or any contagious symptom not listed here. If you arrive at your lesson with any of these symptoms, you will be asked to return home.

 

Emergency:

Travel:

 

If you are out of town and would still like a lesson, we can switch to online lessons at any time. Please make arrangements with Emily before you travel.

For the best online lesson experience:

 

1. Use a computer to run zoom (make sure Original Sound is turned ON)

2. Use a phone or tablet to play song tracks

3. Set up in a place where you have good wifi and you can sing loud
